A tool designed to assist the software developers in testing “hit test” algorithms while developing Android and iOS apps. These apps work with GPS data to generate alerts to upcoming Hot Spots. The area that the app should be looking at for Hot Spots ahead of us is what we are working out using this tool.

The tool generates a polygon based on a GPS position and a heading (0 – 359 degrees).
Length, starting width and ending width are adjustable allowing the desirable settings to be found.

It allows them to either manually input GPS coordinates or click on the map to set positions.
